Each Your VIP Box gift box is prepared with care. Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing and shipping. You’ll receive tracking information when your order ships.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also contact us at veronica@yourvipbox.com with your order number if you need assistance locating your shipment.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is free on every Your VIP Box. There is no shipping charge at checkout.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand internationally soon.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Your VIP Box is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us at veronica@yourvipbox.com so we can assist where possible.
